All VCU community members will need to update their account ownership information once, known as "Claim my eID".

Note: You should only claim an account for yourself. Do Not Claim an account for others. For more details, refer to the "Password, Authentication and Access Standard".

myeID management allows you to manage your VCU eID profile and reset eID password. New and existing users need to complete a one-time account claim to use the system.

Improvements include the ability to send a password reset code to a cell phone or an alternate email address.

Select the 'Find my eID' option if you are an active University member who has previously claimed your account but forgotten your eID. Please select the 'Claim my eID' option if you have never claimed your account.
